This International Chefs Day we’re shining a spotlight on the passion and dedication of our incredible chefs, who bring creativity and flavour to every dish. From our pastry sous chef, Jessica Rawlins, who has mastered the art of patisserie and loves crafting beautiful choux creations, to our sous chef, Michael Short, whose culinary journey took him from a pot wash at 14 to representing Great Britain on the international stage.
